E'gv® order in New Zealand
Egemin Automation recently won an important AGV order from the Fonterra Co-operative Group thanks to its Australian / New Zealand agent RML Ryan Manufacturing. Fonterra is a leading-edge multinational dairy company and is the world's largest exporter of dairy products, exporting its production to more than 140 countries.

Fonterra's order comprises the entire development and installation of an automatic E'gv® transport system (Egemin Guided Vehicle) for the production facility in Te Rapa, Hamilton. The system consists of three straddled FLV/S vehicles (Fork Lift Vehicles Straddle version) designed for transporting pallets loaded with milk powder bags. The E'gv®s will operate in a 24/7 working regime and will also handle removal of the pallets and take care of the product grading in the night buffer managed by the E'tricc® control software (Egemin Transport Intelligent Control Centre).

The Fonterra order is the magnificent result of our persistent efforts in the Oceanian region and constitutes the first joint success of Egemin Automation and RML Engineering. The total duration time for the project is 6 months.
