ISO 9001 quality management system

Dematic is working according to ISO 9001 principles. This standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system. It is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps us ensure that our customers get consistent, good quality solutions and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

Dematic has developed its own quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008. It enables us to realize our objectives regarding our corporate mission and vision. The focus of our quality policy is mainly on accessibility, surveyability, applicability and flexibility. Egemin’s quality management system also helps with the continuous improvement of our processes to strive for maximum satisfaction of our stakeholders in our services and cooperation.

Egemin Group NV obtained its IS0 9001 certificate in 1992 as one of the first companies in its industry. In June 2017, Egemin Group NV successfully obtained a recertification of their ISO 9001 certificates. Also the US subsidiary is an ISO 9001 certified company.
